The problem with connected devices is rarely the devices. It is that each one arrives with its own app, its own account and its own idea of how things should work — and a house or a building ends up with nine apps and no overview. Our work is the layer that makes them a single system.

What we build
Smart homes.
Lighting, climate, access, blinds, security, energy. One interface, one set of rules, one place to see what is happening. Scenes that make sense for how the household actually lives rather than for a product demo.
Connected buildings.
Offices, shops, hotels, co-working spaces. Occupancy, consumption, access control, maintenance alerts. The value here is measurement: you cannot reduce a cost you have never seen.
Industrial and agricultural monitoring.
Temperature, humidity, level, movement, machine state. Sensors in places nobody visits daily, reporting continuously, with alerts when a value leaves its range.
Custom control interfaces.
Web and mobile dashboards for hardware you already own, replacing a manufacturer app that does half of what you need.

The layer that makes it work
Devices are commodities. The system around them is not.
One protocol layer.
Devices speak different languages — Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Z-Wave, Bluetooth, Modbus, MQTT. Something has to translate them into a single vocabulary, and that translation is where a project becomes maintainable or becomes a mess.
Local first, cloud second.
A house whose lights stop working when the internet drops is a badly designed house. Critical logic runs locally; the cloud is for remote access, history and analysis. This one decision separates systems that survive from systems people rip out.
Data with a history.
A sensor that only tells you the current value is a gauge. A sensor with history tells you the freezer drifts every Thursday afternoon, which is the sentence that saves money.
Rules people can change.
Automation nobody can adjust becomes automation everybody fights. Interfaces are built so a non-technical person can change a threshold or a schedule without calling us.
Security taken seriously.
Connected devices are a frequent way into a network — default passwords, unpatched firmware, an open port nobody remembers. We segment, we change defaults, we close what does not need to be open, and we say clearly what each device sends and where.
Where we start
We do not begin with a catalogue. We begin with what you want to know or control, and what it is worth.
An installation that measures energy across a building justifies itself in months. A house where every bulb is connected and nobody uses the app justifies nothing. The first call is where we work out which one you are describing.
For an existing installation, we start by mapping what is already there. A surprising amount of hardware is capable of more than the app it came with allows.
What it costs
1,500 – 5,000 $
a focused installation or a monitoring dashboard on existing hardware.
5,000 – 10,000 $
a full smart home or a single-site monitoring system with alerts and history.
10,000 – 20,000 $
a connected building: several systems, roles, reporting, custom interface.
20,000 $ and above
a multi-site platform, maintained and extended over time.
Hardware is separate and is bought in your name. We do not mark up equipment — you know what it costs, and it belongs to you.

Frequently asked questions
- Will it still work if the internet goes down?
- The critical parts, yes. Lights, climate and access run on local logic. Remote access and history need the connection; day-to-day operation does not.
- Can you work with devices we already own?
- Usually. Most equipment can be integrated, sometimes more deeply than its own app allows. We check what you have before recommending anything new.
- Is it secure?
- It is as secure as it is set up to be, which is why we treat it as part of the work rather than an option. Network segmentation, no default credentials, minimal exposure, and a clear statement of what each device sends and where.
- Do we need an app for everything?
- No, and that is usually the point. One interface for the whole system, plus physical controls that keep working normally. A good installation is one you rarely need to open an app for.
- What happens if a device fails?
- The system reports it rather than failing quietly. Alerting on a device that stopped reporting is part of the build, not an extra.
- Can we start small and extend later?
- Yes, and we recommend it. Start with the room or the measurement that matters most, live with it, then extend. The architecture is built so adding does not mean rebuilding.
