Who we are

SOFTCLICK SARL is a company registered in Morocco under ICE 003933177000015, RC 180019 (Marrakech) and IF 72039447, based in Marrakech, Morocco.

We are the data controller for the information described below. For anything concerning your personal data, write to contact@softclick.ma.

The short version

We collect only what you type into our booking form. We use no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no fingerprinting of any kind. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

The longer version below says the same thing with the precision the law requires.

What we collect

When you book a call. The booking form asks for your full name, your email address, your phone number, the message you write, and the time slot you choose. That is the entire list. We store it so that we can hold the meeting and reply to you.

Nothing else. This website sets no cookies. It writes nothing to your browser's local storage or session storage. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no heatmaps and no session recording. We do not record your IP address, your browser's user agent, or any device or browser fingerprint. We do not build a profile of you and we make no automated decisions about you.

One honest caveat. Our hosting and network providers keep their own operational logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes. These logs belong to their infrastructure, not to our application. We do not consult them for marketing, we do not export them, and we do not connect them to anything you have sent us.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use your information for exactly two purposes: to hold the call you asked for, and to reply to what you wrote.

Where the GDPR applies to you, our legal bases are the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and in keeping the site secure. Where Moroccan Law 09-08 applies, our basis is the consent you give by choosing to submit the form.

We never use your information for advertising, we never sell it, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry records for twenty-four months from our last exchange with you, and then delete them. Emails in our inbox follow the same rule.

If you want your information deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it. We will not ask you why.

Who else handles it

To run the site and to reach you, a small number of service providers process your information strictly on our instructions. They fall into four categories: the provider that hosts this website, the provider that hosts the database in which bookings are stored, the provider that delivers the notification email telling us you have booked, and the provider that hosts the mailbox in which that email arrives.

Each of them acts only on our instructions, under a contract, and none of them may use your information for its own purposes.

Some of these providers operate outside Morocco and outside the European Union. Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is covered by the standard contractual clauses each of these providers maintains.

That is the complete list of categories. There is no advertising network, no data broker and no analytics provider anywhere in it. If you want to know exactly which companies these are, write to contact@softclick.ma and we will tell you.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS only. Everything you submit is validated on our server before it is stored, and no visitor writes to our database directly. Access to stored bookings is restricted to our administrators and is not open to the public or to any third party. Credentials and keys are never stored in our source code.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and notify the relevant authority as the law requires.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to restrict or object to our processing, the right to receive your data in a portable form, and the right to complain to the supervisory authority of your country.

If you are in Morocco, Law 09-08 gives you rights of access, rectification and opposition, and you may complain to the CNDP.

To exercise any of these, write to contact@softclick.ma. We answer within thirty days, and we do not charge for it.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us their information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will tell you directly.
